Introduction

The Inspection Monitoring Wing is associated with the Chief Education Officer’s Office Budgam which is presently run Mr Khursheed Ahmad, I/C of the Wing. The Wing has been specially established to look after the smooth functioning of institutions The section deals in various administrative spheres of the department which include:-

• a) Inspection and Monitoring of Schools/Offices.
• b) RTI
• c) CM Grievances.
• d) Public grievances/complaints.
• e) Enquiries.
• f) CM Super-50 & Winter Tutorials.
• g) Registration/Monitoring of Private Coaching Centres.

Achievements during the year 2016-17

• Selection of 05 students in NEET 2017, who were studying in CM’s Super 50 centre Budgam.
• More than 100 Free Winter Coaching centres were established in district Budgam where more than 13000 students from classes 1st to 12th got free tuitions during winter vacations i.e. Dec 2016 to 28 February, 2017.
• The Inspection Monitoring Wing has disposed of 32 CM Grievance Cell Complaints from January to July 2017.
